How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship out orders Tuesday-Saturday,1-3 WEEKS after order is placed. We try to package your item(s) as best as possible for their safe arrival. Depending on which shipping service you select at checkout, the delivery time will vary.  If you select standard shipping, we will select the most cost efficient way to ship your package.  If you choose the option to add insurance, your order will be shipped with guaranteed insurance coverage. Orders that are eligible for Free Shipping will be shipped via the most cost efficient method. 


My package says delivered, but it's not here, what do I do?

We recommend tracking your package via the method its been shipped in. Stage Fright Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. All claims to usps or ups must be filed by the customer, however, we are happy to provide any information needed for your claim. If you suspect your package was stolen, you will need to file a claim with UPS or USPS.  We highly suggest having your package shipped where someone is available to sign or physically pick up to avoid any issues.  Please note, we are not responsible for any issues once the package has been shipped.


The size I need is sold out, what do I do?

If the size you're looking for is not in stock feel free to send us a message to see when we will be restocking. If item is discontinued or one of a kind we will state it in the description.
