Refund policy

***Please note that we are not accepting order cancelations, refunds, returns or exchanges at this time***


Exchanges will only be accepted if item Is unworn, unwashed, undamaged (unless there was a company error and item is damaged upon delivery). Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at stagefrightclothing661@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will be contacting you with the new tracking number for your exchange. 
We are not responsible if the buyer provides incorrect shipping information. If the order is returned because of an incorrect address then the buyer will be responsible for paying to re-ship to the correct address. 

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 


Order Cancellations

In the event that a cancellation may be needed at customer's request please reach out and we can look into your order to determine if in fact we can proceed with cancellation as all sales are final. ALL CANCELLED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. No exceptions.


Shipping Times and Policy

We ship out orders Tuesday-Saturday. Orders placed will ship out in 1-3 weeks (not counting weekends or holidays). Pre-Orders will be shipped out at the date or time explained in their description. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. We are not responsible after a package has left our hands, but we will try to help as much as we can if any issues were to occur with your delivery. Once the USPS has updated the status of the package to ''Delivered'' we can no longer be liable. That is the PROOF of delivery in any case. Send us an email if you have any questions in regards to your package. Lost or stolen packages will need to be reported to USPS by the customer to open and file a claim as we are not responsible for them. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
